At present, the gas ring vacuum pump is generally classified as a high-pressure blower in the industry. High-pressure blower, also called high-pressure blower, is different from general centrifugal high-pressure blower. The high-pressure blower is small and easy to carry; besides the impeller, the high-pressure blower has no other moving parts, and the impeller is directly connected to the motor, without gears or driving belts, so it is highly reliable and almost maintenance-free.

The working principle of the ventilator is basically the same as that of the turbo compressor, except that the gas flow rate is low and the pressure changes little. Generally, there is no need to consider the change of the gas specific volume, that is, the gas is treated as an incompressible fluid.

1. Because the impeller runs in the machine body without friction and does not need lubrication, the discharged gas is oil-free. It is an ideal pneumatic conveying gas source for chemical, food and other industries.

2. The high-pressure blower is a volume-operated blower, and its use time varies with pressure. The flow rate changes very little. But the flow rate changes with the speed. Therefore, the selection range of pressure is very wide, and the selection of flow rate can be achieved by selecting the speed.

3. The high-pressure blower has a high speed, and the gap between the rotor and the rotor, between the rotor and the body is small, so that there is less leakage and higher volumetric efficiency. Our factory has strong processing and assembling technology, which can ensure the reasonable and uniform gap, and achieve high volumetric efficiency without friction in the machine body due to thermal expansion.
